The company was founded by Jeff Kinne and Chris Gerrity, two coaches who have experienced the recruiting journey from every angle — as college coaches, travel baseball coaches, and long-time advocates for players and their families.

 

Jeff Kinne brings 30 years of college coaching experience and 8 years of travel baseball coaching to the table. His extensive background provides families with insider knowledge of how college programs evaluate players, build rosters, and make recruiting decisions. Additionally, as a parent himself, Jeff has navigated this process, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges families face. His commitment to guiding players and their families through the landscape sets him apart.

 

Chris Gerrity brings 25 years of travel baseball coaching experience and 25 years of hands-on involvement helping players navigate the recruiting process, working closely with families to position players properly, avoid common mistakes, and identify schools that align with both athletic ability and academic goals.

 

Together, we combine decades of relationships across college baseball with a personalized, family-first approach. We believe recruiting should be built around fit, transparency, and a clear plan — not mass emails, false promises, or guesswork.

 

In our first year alone, we worked with over 50 players, helping them identify real opportunities that matched their skills, goals, and long-term development.
